This was a gift and with so many options I took a shot and so glad I did! So far it is perfect!
I ride 10 miles to work each way. 100% approved for everything. Everyone who see my bike, they all love it. I am very enjoying riding everyday.
I had an issue with the Battery when it was removed. I wrote to complain and sent pictures as well. Later that afternoon, I received a phone call from the CA main office.
Happy to say that my battery issue was resolved and I've had no other issues (so far) with the bike.
