F1 20'' Folding Electric bike

This is my first electric bike, and I couldn't be happier with the purchase. I got it mainly for commuting and short trips around town.
The packaging was excellent, and assembling the bike was straightforward, I just needed to attach the handlebars and pedals, and I was ready to go. So far, I've ridden around 15 miles, mostly on flat terrain. The motor has solid power, and the pedal assist really helps. For steeper hills, you'll definitely want to give it a bit more pedaling, but overall the ride is smooth and enjoyable. I weigh 180 pounds, and it handles hills fairly well.
Overall, I'm thrilled with the bike and the customer service. It's great value for the price, I'd recommend the F1 to anyone.

The bike arrived packaged very well with only slight marring of a few spots. Certainly nothing that was a deal breaker. Other than installing the pedals and handlebar, the only other thing was to put air in the rear tire and charge the battery. There were no loose screws or bolts.

The bike pedals very easily without any power. We rode it all over the yard while waiting for the battery to charge. It seems very solid, and the suspension did surprisingly well. The mechanical brakes also work well.

The seat is the size of a typical commuter seat and has several adjustments. But as with all OEM seats, it needs more padding, at least for us older folks.

I attempted to follow the user guide to lower the max speed to match local trail speeds. That became a bit of a challenge. You must contact support for the password to access these settings. I found I could reduce maximum speed to a minimum of 16mph, but the system does not provide a way to set speeds for individual PAS levels, usually a percentage of max speed. They are a bit fast as they come which could pose some risk to certain individuals. It can be a jerky ride as the PAS kicks in and out at lower speeds. PAS 3 runs at 15mph so they are definitely not configured as percentages. The max speed setting does not affect the throttle. You will get max speed if you use the throttle at any PAS level.

The bike climbed some very steep and long hills here using PAS4 and appropriate gearing. Its 500w motor provided a pleasant surprise.

One caution is the bike does not have a functioning tail/brake light. A helmet light or seat light is recommended for riding near dark.

The Veefa is nice, little low-end bike with very basic features. Still, it provides enjoyable time on the trails if you can adapt to some of its quirks.

We absolutely love our bikes! Well worth the investment. The build quality is top notch, great power and the battery lasts forever. I get compliments when I ride how great the bike looks and it does look fantastic, but really it's just a joy to ride. That it folds and fits easily in my smallish SUV means I can take it wherever I want to ride, totally recommend this bike! 5 stars for sure.

Bike arrived quickly and in perfect condition. The battery seems to last even longer than advertised. I I will consider upgrading a few parts such as the pedals and brake pads. Overall the bike is very slick looking and comfortable to ride. For the price it seems like an excellent value.

It came mostly assembled, just had to cut the tie wraps off and install the pedals.

The bike runs great, I usually use pedal assist 1. Anything higher than that and you're just going too fast for a leisurely bike ride. The full electric button is nice, gives you a quick boost up hills or to keep up with traffic. The bike has gears so you can ride it like a normal bike. It's easy to fold up and is a little heavy but you can definitely lift it into a truck, minivan or SUV to transport by yourself.

The only downside is the seat doesn't have any markings so you can easily change it back to what you want. It's a lot of trial and error of sitting on the seat and adjusting.

I installed a bottle holder, a small bag to hold items on the rear platform and a cell phone holder.

Overall I love this bike and will probably get another one for the wife. All my family and friends love giving it a ride.
