I've been riding my Veefa E1 (step-over) for a couple of months now and have been very happy with my purchase. The bike comes mostly assembled out of the box and is packaged very well with rigid foam. Due to the item's value, Veefa required FedEx to obtain a signature rather than leave it unattended on my porch. Their customer service also followed up to verify that I had received the package.
The bike is well-manufactured with solid weld joints. It features a 7-speed gear system that works smoothly. The pedal assist has five levels to choose from: Level 1 assists up to around 8 mph, while at Level 5, with constant pedaling, I was able to maintain a consistent speed of 26 mph. The bike also includes a throttle assist, which is useful for quickly getting moving from a stop, though I rarely use it. The battery life is fairly accurate from their advertising when pedaling. The battery can also be removed to charge indoors or left in the frame to charge in the garage.
Although this is an e-bike, I still get a good workout, as the bike meets you at your current fitness level and provides assistance as needed. Overall, I've been very satisfied with this purchase and would recommend it to others who may be hesitant due to the price point.

Great bike. Easy to assemble and overall quality seems very high. Brakes and derailleur were all pre-tuned and no adjustments were needed. Someone asked how big is the box. I attached the Fedex dimensions below.

First impression was man this bike is big. Did I really want a fat tire bike? I didnt realize how heavy and how big this bike was.
After an easy installation, I immediately took it up trail near my neighborhood. I felt bad passing regular mountain bikes on the way, but the climb on this green monster was way too easy rocks, gravel , wood steps it powered right through it with ease.
What normally would take me time to get up this mountain I was able to do so with ease and enjoy the views.
On a 100% charge I took it about 9 miles on level four and five mostly, fastest I got on it was about 30 mph on the highest gear on the road which brought the battery level down to 70%.
However the mountain climb probably required the most power out of the battery.
I would, however, upgrade the seat with suspension and the lock that it came with is pretty much worthless so I threw it away.
Overall, Im pleased with the purchase so far the only negative is the fact that they had to put their website on the bike which I Dont really like.

The E1 is built like a tank! Ive taken it through city streets, gravel paths, and even some rougher trails, and it handles everything with ease. The battery life is solid tooI can get through my day without needing to charge. Overall, its exceeded my expectations.

After doing lots of research we landed on Veefa!! These bikes have some get up and GO! Everything was delivered in working order. We did a quick 6 mile ride and the battery definitely is holding a strong charge. I was a little skeptical at first but not anymore. Very easy to assemble too. Not a super light weight bike but built solid! Super fast delivery as well. I had a question about shipping and their customer service promptly replied. I would recommend this product if you are looking for a quality ebike!
