The original VEEFA battery is covered for one (1) year from the date of original delivery.
Normal reduction in battery capacity over time and with use is not considered a manufacturing defect. Battery performance may be affected by temperature, storage conditions, charging habits, riding conditions, rider weight, terrain, and use.
2. Accessories and Replacement Parts
Accessories and replacement parts purchased separately are covered against manufacturing defects for ninety (90) days from the date of delivery, unless a different warranty period is expressly stated on the product page or provided in writing by VEEFA.
Accessories, replacement parts, and components installed on a VEEFA electric bike must be compatible with the product and installed according to VEEFA's instructions. Damage caused by incompatible or unauthorized parts is not covered.
